From £450 to £980 per week
If the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the holiday date then a non-refundable deposit is payable. If the booking is made within the 6 week period then the whole amount is payable.

Within six weeks of the commencement of the holiday, 50% of the whole cost of the holiday will be charged. Within three to six weeks, 75% of the whole cost of the holiday will be charged and thereafter, (within three weeks of the holiday commencing, the whole holiday cost will be forfeited.)
Guests must arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and to leave before 10am on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance. However it may be possible to leave bags at the house for either day subject to prior consent.
Clients are responsible for their own travel and documents, medical and travel insurance including cancellation protection. Any damages to the gite and its contents will be charged to the client and must be paid before their departure.
There is a no smoking policy within the house but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Clean Sheets, bedding and towels are supplied but cleaning of these during the holiday are the responsibility of the guests.
There is oil fired central heating but out of season there will be an extra charge of £25 per week for use. There is a wood burner in the lounge but you will have to buy your own wood available from Local retailers.
